Sync

Copy menus, hours, or settings to other businesses you own. Open Owner's Portal > Data & History > Sync in the Back Office .

Only use this to manage multiple businesses with the same menus, hours, or settings. Each push overwrites the target business’s existing data.

Pick the target businesses

The top of the page shows every other business you have access to. Click a card to select it; click again to deselect. Selected cards have a highlighted border.

Every push action below applies to the selected businesses. Select at least one before pushing.

Push actions

Each button copies one slice of data from this business to every selected target.

• Sync Hours — operating hours.
• Sync Menus — full menu (categories, dishes, modifiers).
• Sync Logo & Categories — logo image and menu categories.
• Sync Tables — table layout and seating.
• Sync POS Settings — POS configuration.
• Sync Special Pricing — scheduled and member discounts.
• Sync Combo — combo definitions.
• Sync Voucher — voucher templates.

Each push opens a confirmation dialog that shows the source and selected targets. Review it before selecting Sync.

Restore Menu

Open Owner's Portal > Data & History > Backups in the Back Office . Find the backup you want and click its Restore button to replace the current menu.

The table lists recent backups, newest first. Check the backup date and name before restoring. The current menu is backed up first, then replaced with the selected backup.

Chowly

The Chowly section only appears if your business has the Chowly integration enabled.

• Sync Now requests the current Chowly menu sync and shows the latest sync time and status message.
• Combine Menus controls whether Chowly menus are combined during synchronization.
• Download File downloads the Chowly menu file when one is available.
• Match Online Status matches third-party menu items to their online-menu status.
