Configuration for everything that doesn’t change day-to-day. Set it up once, revisit when something needs to change.

Business profile

• Basic — name, phone, address, tax rates, service items, online ordering, catering, scan-to-order.
• Google Business Profile — connect and manage your listing from Profile > Google.
• Notifications — optional business emails and the notifications that always send.
• Hours — weekly hours, special hours, prep time, online-ordering throttling.
• Share — direct links and QR codes, now under Profile > Share.

Service Configuration

• Delivery — third-party delivery (DoorDash Drive, Uber Direct) or self delivery, plus tiered discounts.
• Seating — visual floor plan with rooms, tables, and reservation availability.
• Discounts — special pricing, vouchers, online promotions, and in-store rewards in one area.

Point of Sale

• Point of Sale Settings — POS-specific behavior across general operation, reporting, payment, printing, gift, member, QSR, to-go, and waitlist.
